Me and my mom came in to eat at the buffet. The cashiers were talking and they couldn't count our change. The plates at the buffet were greasy and dirty. The salad looked like it had been out all day and it was brown. The pizza was not fresh and when we first got here there was only half of two pizzas.Food: 3/5

Came for dinner with two kids on a Wednesday… it was lonely as I ever saw it. The food was great but I asked for ranch and they never brought it. Not acceptable when it’s a whole empty restaurant  From my table I could see the cashier and manager talking the whole time and I never got my ranch.  Shakey’s is a classic chain but by the looks of it, this location needs to do anything they can to retain business starting with customer service  Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

This particular Shakeys get a lot of bad reviews for some strange reasons...but my experience was pure bliss....I enjoyed every minute....they have the worlds best buffet in my opinion. The fried chicken is juicy & yummilicious ....& the buffet will even customize a pizza for you....what more can you ask for.

This place makes no sense. The combos are barebones and you are price gouged by having to add on everything for an extra fee. Also the salad bar closes super early so if your going for dinner that kinda throws a wrench in it. The dining are was super dirty as it seemed none of the staff cared about cleaning up after people left. The arcade is great other than the fact you have no meal deal tied to it. But the games are fun so that's a plus just don't expect even your kids to enjoy the experience much

This is the first shakeys I’ve seen that has an outdoor playground and outdoor dining area. Inside is huge and is a great place to host kids parties or sports banquets. Their arcade gaming area is also bigger than most Shakeys. I usually come during bunch a lunch and it does get a bit crowded. There were a few times I’ve visited where the wait time for the food was pretty long and the pizza selections were only kept at two choices. Clean space.

Excellent value lunch buffet  Came here on a weekday with the boys after a long swim workout so we were super hungry.  Pizza was excellent with a crispy crust and good variety of toppings, potatoes were crispy and flavorful and the fried chicken was best coming right out of the kitchen.  Would definitely have this lunch buffet with hungry athletes again

Wait time to get out food was 35 min, upon receiving pizza, noticed pizza was not fully cooked and cheese still being raw . Took pizza back and requested for a fully cooked one, 15, min later they bring me back same pizza, with cheese still not fully melted ,. Tasted so disguisting, kids left pizza alone. Pointless going back to tell them, so i can get same pizza recooked for 3rd time. Very dissapointed visit, on top, women restroom was so dirty, had to leave so that daughter can use restroom  elsewhere. .

Worse feeling of discrimination ever, little kid @ counter with attitude takes my order tell em cook it a few minutes extra, told em cooked well please.. he acknowledged & said ok so it comes raw cheese not even melted & it was super doe'y. Took it back told them it was raw I would like a new one said with attitude, we'll let me see what I can do about it.. started walking the pizza to thee oven & I told em please don't throw it back in thee oven it won't cook right I would like a  new one, kinda yelled back @ me saying yeah okay, so I walk away not saying anything cause I'm not trying argue with someone over something opposite of what I clearly asked for. So waiting @ the table about 30 minutes before pizza came back eating mojo potatoes I tell my buddy, damn I swear they used to be thicker & larger he agreed so we finish em with the delicious chicken. As I get up to go get a refill I look @ the tables around us & boy the difference between the mojo's we had & they had was so upsetting I wanted a refund but only had 1 left before I noticed SMH so pizza comes 30 minutes later & this time it was cooked perfectly but very very light on the pizza sauce even more upset now I couldn't finish that 1 slice SMH never again coming here.

Worst bunch a lunch ever. Dishes were dirty, and the old used dishes were not getting picked up, and tables were not getting cleaned. They had a room full of people, but the were only bringing out 1 pizzas about every 10 minutes or so. So unless you were standing there waiting for the pizza you probably weren't going to get any. There would be times when there were no pizzas at all. The other food would also run low. The food was pretty good, the problem was the availability of food, or more to the point, the lack of availability. The pictures show a line waiting for pizza and other food, and the dirty dishes not being picked up. The 6 of us will not be back to this Shakey's.

Walking in was terrible. Nobody was around to help us, we had to find someone after 20 minutes waiting at the register. We waited for our food but employees seemed to forget about us and asked if we were still waiting to be served. They brought out our pizza which was noticeably burnt, looks and smells, my kids picked off the “black parts”. Chicken seemed to be raw, not fully cooked through, and my mojos took 20 minutes longer to come out than the rest of the food, by the time they brought them to us, as if they had just come out of being made we presumed, they were cold!!! I did not even complain as they looked to be bothered by the customers in general, and I had waited long enough, I wasn’t going to wait another hour for “fresh” hot food that might not have even came.  Really disappointed as we’d been craving this for some time.
