So they quoted me $1400 to replace the water pump, breaks, rotors  master Cylinder, and put on new tires. Which seemed a little high, but I nearly did it to get the car running.

Took to another mechanic today to actually sell it, and the head gasket was completely blown. Oil in the coolant and everything.

You'd think Goodyear would of mentioned that prior to recommending $1400 to my vehicle. But they did not.  Nice try. Shame on you guys...

I was given two different quotes on consecutive days for the same set of tires. I also found them to be more expensive compared to other Goodyear stores. On avg the price was $20 higher per tire compared to other stores and manufacturer's website

Usually a good job. Last visit must not have cleaned up underneath after the oil change and left a mess on my garage floor 😒

UPDATE:
Changing my 🌟 to 4. Goodyear saw this post and called me to apologize and offered to make it right at my next visit. Good customer service.

I went in for new springs for my Mercedes and I couldn't be happier! Not only did they come in less expensive than other quotes but I got more for my money. My car drives like it's brand new! I recommend this shop for all of your auto needs! Thanks guys for the the great customer service and your brilliant mechanics!

Don't ever go to this place. Worst customer service I have seen in my entire life. I went in to get new tires put on that I provided myself and they screwed up my car. They couldn't get my locked lug nuts out and broke them and also damaged my rims. I came back after an hour to see if they were done and they weren't. They came to me and told me they broke a bolt on my control arm and gave me a bill of $486 to fix it. They had the audacity to say that I had to pay for their mistakes. They just said that they don't take liability and passed it off like it was nothing. TERRIBLE PLACE. They will break something and charge you a lot to fix it. At the end they were trying to charge me for an alignment that they didn't even finish. Save your money and time. Go to discount tire to get actual quality service.
