Step into our daily routine, working closely with 1 trainer designated to YOU and 3 other members. We've created the most innovative weight-training program ideal for women.
In Part 1 of our program, we focus on increasing your muscle tone and create definition as well as improve our resting metabolic rate which leads to approximately 200 calories additional burn per day. That's 1,400 calories per week! We promise you, you'll burn approximately 200 calories during your weight-training workout. Weight training 3-4 times per week will burn an additional 600-800 calories. In total, you'll burn approximately 2,000-2200 calories per week from weight training and your metabolic response to it.
Part 2 of our program, focuses on Cardiovascular training. Cardiovascular training plays a vital role in body transformation and overall health. Your certified personal trainer will help you achieve your goals through expert cardio training. As part of the program, you'll be introduced to interval training. Interval-training cardio helps to accelerate fat and calorie burning, lower blood pressure and heart rate, increase your good cholesterol, getting you and your heart in shape. Performing 3-4 interval-training cardio workouts per week will burn approximately 200 calories per workout, or 600-800 calories per week. You will burn calories for approximately 2 hours after your workout is complete!
Part 3 of our program, is our nutrition program. We understand that part of anyone's fitness goals may be the trickiest. We make easy health life style choices that help transform your body - and never diet again! Our complete program, your training team will show you how to eat properly – and enjoyably – as part of a healthy new lifestyle. Your nutrition plan is a key component of your successful body transformation. 6 balanced meals per day, one every 2-3 hours, 6 days per week, with 1 Free Day. Yes, you can eat "anything" you want on your free day.
You need to be held accountable by someone other than yourself.
During Part 4 of our complete program, your certified personal trainer will hold you accountable for your progress toward your health and fitness goals. Accountability is also foundational to your successful body transformation. We'll check your weight and body fat to make sure you're on track. To help you stay on track, we'll schedule your workouts in advance, so you can make them a priority in your weekly schedule.
Your workout will be customized to your ability & progressed accordingly. You will perform a variety of exercises under the direct supervision of a certified personal trainer.
