Only had takeout. The hand made noodles were amazing, the texture was great and with soup tasted even better. The lamb soup itself though wasn't amazing in taste, but it was still pretty good. Also had the small steamed dumplings. They aren't the special kind with soup inside. The filling was very nice though, and the hint of what i think was Shepard's purse was very refreshing. Would definitely go again too try the rest of the menu.

One of my favorite restaurants specializing in hand pulled noodles made in house. You can really taste the difference. The Shanghai style cuisine is not as greasy and salty as you might expect from an American style Chinese restaurant. I usually get a plate of the fried noodles with bubble tea. Their soup dumplings are really good too.

I especially like that the menu has lots of pictures so you know what to expect. And the owner is a fantastic lady :)

I'll be honest, if you put store bought noodles and hand pulled noodles in front of me before, I don't think I would be able to tell you which is which. But let me tell you, I see now that there is a huge difference. The menu consists of mostly soups and noodle dishes, but there are also some Chinese entrees to choose from. Bubble tea is also a must - I highly recommend the taro one!

When I was there, pretty much every single table had steamed dumplings so naturally we had to try them. We got the veggie steamed dumplings which were amazing - I love their dipping sauce! As my main course I got chicken with fried noodles. The noodles are super long and a lot of fun to eat. The dish itself was awesome as well, it's pretty much just chicken lo mein but the noodles make all the difference as compared with a typical Chinese restaurant.

On top of all of this, the prices cannot be beat. All of the dishes are less than $10 with the exception of one chicken dish which is $20 (not sure why but I'm certainly curious). Just to put it into perspective for you: two bubble teas + one order of steamed dumplings + two orders of scallion pancakes + one chicken soup + chicken fried noodles = $36.

You'll find great service and the best hand-pulled noodles here. Everything is made to order, so don't be surprised if your dumplings come out after your noodle soup! The hand-pulled noodles are fantastic, with a great flavor and just the right amount of chewiness. The soup broth is fantastic and rivals any ramen broth I've had in Japan.

If you're looking for authentic Chinese food,  stop by for the best bowl of noodle soup you may ever have without needing your passport.

Small place but great food.  Wait is usually not long except during peak hours. The noodles are delicious and the kids will love watching the noodle maker make the noodles.
