The absolute worst experience. The owner was extremely immature and rude. The food is normally fine, but today it wasn't. One of our dishes was sour (orange chicken). We politely told them that the dish wasn't good and requested to switch it out for a different one. Not only did she not solve the problem right away, but she felt the need to argue to us for five minutes that her chicken was fine and that we were wrong. It was absolutely ridiculous. 

I am so disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Unbelievable. I used to consider this place to go for lunch or dinner, but will definitely not be returning.

Additionally, we were finishing up close to closing. They rushed us out in a rude manner.

I was very impressed with this local Chinese restaurant! First of all the decor and cleanliness of this restaurant makes this a very pleasant place to dine. The service was prompt and friendly. The most surprising thing was the quality of food being served. Shanghai restaurant is definitely a cut above the average neighborhood Chinese restaurant. I have a tendency to judge a Chinese restaurant by the quality of their Hot & Sour soup, and I was not disappointed! For my main dish I had their Seaseme Chicken and it was delicious. All in all I would recommend Shanghai Garden to anyone looking for a nice Chinese restaurant. I will be back the next time I am in town.

The food is fresh and has amazing flavor. The portion sizes are perfect and the waitress is really nice and funny. We found this place by accident and love it! We are so happy we found this restaurant!

Hands down the best Chinese restaurant I've ever eaten at. My family and I have been going there ever since it opened and have never had a meal that wasn't delicious!

Awesome experience and great service. They even added fresh rice in our to go boxes.
