Their vegan options were to die for and the service was super nice. I got the orange faux ribs and they remind me of the days when I used to eat orange chicken at Panda Express. Absolutely wonderful

Our server April was great. She was prompt with getting us drinks and an appetizer. We had the Shanghai dumplings which are absolutely wonderful. For our main course I had the Pad Thai, and he had the Szechuan beef, both were amazing! This is definitely some place I’ll be making a point to come back to.Food: 5/5

This is almost like a hidden gem! The staff made my birthday celebration so memorable! This place has something for everyone. Anything that you want you can have it with meat or as a vegetarian meal. They mix and match almost anything you want. The staff was so amazing that they felt more like family then waiters or waitresses. The food was fantastic. The food and the staff complimented each other in a way that is almost never seen. Thank you to everyone. Special thanks to Julia! You went above and beyond and we all appreciate everything that you did for us!!! We look forward to coming back many more times!

Really enjoyed this restaurant.  The service was so fast and friendly and the prices are very reasonable. The food all came out fresh and hot with a lot of veggies and the sauces were so tasty.  But the standout item was the crab Rangoon.  I would have eaten 3 orders of it if I could have.  The wrapper to it was so light and crispy and he filling had a touch of sweetness and oooozy creamy!!  I would go back there just for that!  4 pieces come in an order and everyone needs their own.  You just can’t share it , it’s so good!! What an amazing experience! Went with a party of 7 and our food was quick, Jacob our server was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Everything was authentic and delicious. Pictured are: crab rangoons, steamed potstickers, and their shrimp fried rice.  Vegetarian options: Plenty of tofu and other vegetarian alternatives for shrimp chicken etc. Great vegetarian section on the menu!  Dietary restrictions: They have a whole section for gluten free. Outstanding experience across the board!  Great location downtown with a nice atmosphere inside.  Charlie provided top-notch service throughout the meal.  While all of the dishes were delicious, the Pad Thai and Mongolian Beef are personal recommendations.  We will definitely be back to try more!Food: 5/5

Great choice for dinner. I stopped in after going to the convention center with friends. Friendly staff was able to seat us quickly, food was promptly at the table. I had Pad Tai with chicken/steak, it was so good. Friends had chicken & broccoli with noodles, and Beef noodle soup bowl. All of these were delicious and well made. House cocktails were crafted with expert hands, Queen Bee is a bourbon drink that I thoroughly enjoyed. I've always enjoyed crab Rangoon, but the ones served here were honestly the best I've ever eaten. Clean restrooms and dining area + fast, friendly staff make this restaurant a must when visiting the area.

I've been coming here for years, since the old location run by Chef Alex. Shanghai on Elm is a great family run restaurant with good consistent food andfriendly service. Always a fun atmosphere, it's somewhat of a comforting sanctuary for me in Cincinnati. I'm always welcomed by familiar faces and everyone respects my quirky dining habits! That it's open late is an added bonus knowing that if I roll into town late, I can get a hot meal and enjoy a few laughs. Oh, did I mention the cocktails? They don't mess around, the drinks are outstanding.

Love it here! Perfect place to go for a quick drink at the bar. Service is great, calming atmosphere. I usually get delivery from here! Order is always correct and food is always good. Great margaritas! Highly recommend
