Dr. Shannon, Dr. Perry, and every staff member, whom me and my family interacted with, were professional, helpful, and kind. They provided care to me, my husband, and my three children. The check-ups and subsequent visits went smoothly. The follow-up visits, and aftercare appointments were excellent. My family and I will continue to visit Shannon Dental for our dental needs, and I recommend their services because of the compassionate and professional care we experienced.

Dr. Shannon of Shannon Dental Center is one of the best dentists that I have ever experienced. Today, I went in for a routine root canal and it turned out not so routine as one of the canals was proving to have difficultly with the root. Not only did Dr. Shannon explain to me the entire time what was going on he spent a great amount of time ensuring that he did a great and thoughough job. He even said "Well you do it right or not at all right?" This level of patient care is fantastic and I am a very satisfied patient. I would recommend Dr. Shannon and Shannon Dental Center to anyone looking for a dentist who is kind, compassionate, caring, and does an excellent job!!!

With my company's budget dental plan, Shannon Dental was one of only two I could choose from. They are the worst dentist I have ever been to, and all of my friends who were in the same situation of having to go there have similar or worse stories. I was told on my initial visit that I had four cavities that needed immediate attention, after a lifetime of no cavities. When I went back a few weeks later to have them filled, another dentist who had not done the original exam couldn't find them--they weren't noted in my chart, they didn't show on the x-rays, and weren't apparent from the second exam. Only after clarifying with the original dentist did they come back to say that I actually did have two cavities. I shouldn't have let them fill them and instead sought a second opinion!
