Honestly they treated me rudely..  I have Crohn's and they made me feel worse with rude looks and attitude in their voices

Billing department is not that great. Still waiting a month for a refund charge when I was overcharged. Called twice already and will have to call again next business day to see what is going. Was told 5-10 days...

I had surgery, was supposed to stay a couple of days. I laid in recovery for 5 1/2 hours, my nurse was very rude. When they finally, after me insisting, said they had a room for me, it was going to be over an hour more before it was ready. I had a collapsed lung from surgery. They did an xray, nothing more. Dr. never came and talked to me. They sent me to same day surgery where I was sent home. Never talked to anyone. SENT ME HOME WITH A COLLAPSED lung. The nurse in same day surgery was the rudest I had ever encountered. Now I am 3 days post op, still hurting like crazy. Can't get in touch with my surgeon, he is NOT on call this weekend. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. MEdical care there sucks.

Wonderful dedicated people much thanks to all ICU staff, 5 south staff and operating room staff there. Dr. Whitehead and his staff as well all amazing people!
