For a quiet Friday night, the service was really slow.  My husband and I were one of 4 tables occupied in the restaurant, and it took half an hour for our food to arrive.  When it did, it was only lukewarm.  It took 10 minutes for drink refills, and to get the check.

This was only my 3rd experience at Shari's, as I'm in the Northwest on vacation.  I think the food is excellent, and would gladly visit another location.  I wouldn't come back to this one, though.

Went there fairly late. Had to consistently wait on the server. The steak I ordered was way overcooked. I ordered medium rare and was served well done. Desert was amazing. Great peach pie.

First time eating at a Sharis. Great atmosphere and service. Menu is full of great recipes. Since we're truck dtivers it was wonderful having a full service cafe within walking distance. Will return

This is a wonderful place for any age and have some amazing food and pies they have breakfast lunch dinner and shakes and pies and wine WOW this is a AWESOME place make sure you stop in and talk with Brenda she is our Best Friend tell her April and Bobby told you about this place and she will do her job serving you .

Most of the waitstaff is friendly and does a fantastic job. The food is always good.
Unfortunately, management has no idea what they are doing. They schedule 1 server until 830 or 9am. Management is nowhere to be seen while 1 person waits on a dozen or so tables and busses their own tables. When management comes out from hiding, they just complain about having to help the 1 server. The female manager is the worst!!!! The last 2 times we were here, she complained loudly about having to help out. And they also force waitstaff to clock out for a half hour for a "break" while the restaurant is full. Corporate needs to replace the managers here and hire ones that know how to schedule and back their staff up!
