I'm surprised by all the negative comments. I have lived nearby and frequented this Shari's regularly for about 5 years. No, it's not a 5-star expensive restaurant, but it is definitely a 5-star reasonably priced "diner". They have such a huge variety of plates and sandwiches, that, consequently, my entire family enjoys going because they know there will be something on the menu they love. The menu diversity is awesome! I, personally, love their breakfasts. The bacon is thick cut and the eggs are always fresh. (Pancakes are not the best but are "ok") The amazing (inexpensive) pies are icing on the cake so to speak. Overall, this restaurant is a diner with all the perks. I've always had great service and they even gave my developmentally delayed teenager a job washing dishes. This place is awesome and I recommend it to even the snobby restaurant goers especially if you're looking for a place the entire family will enjoy!

So, me and my workplace decided to have a work dinner at Shari's. At the Shari's, even though it was 5:00 P.M., and there was only one waitress active, all of our orders were perfect, even down to the drinks, and who ordered them. (There were 20+ people.)

All of the food tasted amazing, and was brought to us in a timely fashion. Five stars, for customer service, for quality, and for a general rating.

Food was delicious and the service was great! Our waitress Alyssa was very polite and funny and it didn't take long to get our food!

My experience was so bad! The waitress was snotty and rude and messed up our whole order and tried to tell us we ordered things that we didn’t. She ended up getting upset at US because she messed up our order and started talking bad about my group when she went back to the counter. The cash register was broken and people were compalining because they hadn’t gotten service for twenty minutes. The waitress also got in my friend's face and was yelling in our faces! Do not recommend this place because the food sucks and so does the service.

Their food is okay. It's a Sheri's. It isn't amazing, it isn't gross. The all day breakfast is nice, and they have something for everyone. My problem is when you order something to go, and use Uber eats, you can't check to make sure it's right. I just order 4 meals and a pie. Two of the meals were country fried steak. In the requests I asked for LOTS (yes i even put lots in all capital letters) of gravy please. Not only did I not get lots, I didn't get any! None! So now after a exhausting day that I didn't want to cook (that's why I paid over $60 for food I could ha e made for 20 or less) now I have to make gravy while the food gets even colder. I called them to let them know but what could they do really? Send gravy in an hour?
