I feel like I just consistently get great customer service every time I come in. I love the familiar faces and new folks have always been very accommodating as well. I don't have a reason to take my watches anywhere else. They have a range of options for each budget and are very happy to make arrangements.

make sure that you get GIA certificate which mentions quality exactly the same  jewelry you buy. Sales people don't have much idea about the quality of the diamonds. They just read tag and tell. In my case , it turned out to be wrong info mentioned in tag. So only option is to trust GIA certificate issued by gem specialist. Those who already bought, read your GIA certificate and confirm. 
I lost the trust on this shop.

My experience with Sharif  was awesome! I went in to have a gorgeous diamond set into a designed wedding  ring. Katie was able to interpret what I had in mind and work with Thomas to create the setting that I imagined. Although it took many weeks, it was worth the wait. When I picked my ring up I was incredibly surprised and  very happy with the outcome! I stare at it ALL day! ☺ Thank you Sharif!
