If I could give this location 0 stars I would. We waited for close to an hour for our food when there were only 5 other people in the restaurant. The food came out cold, the gravy had a film on it. They had run out of muffins and because we didn’t want to wait, they offered to put the eggs Benedict on toast. The hashhbrowns were raw and chicken strips over cooked. So freaking disgusting. I haven’t even picked up my to go order yet that was placed before my order, and I’m quite honestly terrified.

The worse experience in that specific Sharis from king city, we order online and we went to pick the food up and everything look like if the “cooker” ate from my dish, the pay came “bite” like for real??? Disgusting ! The “loaded French fries” came with maybe 10 fries no cheese, sour cream, bacon, nothing! And again look like if already was eaten and that was just the left overs from other clients. Im going to look for the managers because this is like a bad joke.

Absolutely disappointed….  I had raw vegetables inside of my unfinished omelettes my egg was wet and slimy my pancakes were not fully cooked!  The lady I ordered with was rude unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers do to the fact no one wants to eat in the restaurant. That should be your first clue that there is obviously problems with waitresses. Terrible food indicates bad cooks! Poorly managed obviously. OWNERS Close the door’s until you have at least one person who knows what they are doing in that building.

No idea how the food was, never got served. Walked in asked for a menu, wanted to try my luck with ten bucks. She gave me a mean judging look. Customers that were there before us had left. New group came in she helped and served them never once asked us. We we're in plain sight menu in hand 30 minutes. Looked at us ignored us. Why do people get customer service jobs when they have no knowledge or skill at doing it How sad when you say you've done it for years. And you SUCK!!

The food was great. We ordered, Eggs Benedict, spring omelette and pancakes, all of them were wonderful. On the other hand though, the service was abysmal, extremely slow, and it wasn't even busy. So, I would not recommend you visiting if you are on a time crunch.Food: 4/5

Tonight when my husband's glass of soda came out with lipstick lips all around the rim it was a HUGE turn off! GROSS!  We waited and waited to get our food ordered and no one came. Went to the register and no one was there so we left. The health department should go check this place out. Straight up nauseating... PS I snapped a pic of the glass.

Thank goodness Oscar was working today. He is the best cook. The food is always amazing when he is working. We even called ahead to make sure. It is my mother's birthday and she was so happy he was there. The server was also amazing thank u for making her birthday so much better.Food: 5/5

I was in Tigard to visit grandkids for Christmas and stayed nearby. Shari’s has always been good but the breakfast I had yesterday with my granddaughter and my breakfast this morning before heading to the airport were outstanding! That’s how you make hash browns, that’s how you make eggs, and idk how they make it so good but the coffee is the best anywhere, for real. The servers and Toni, whom I believe may be the owner or certainly a manager, are all wonderful people and I highly recommend this Shari’s. Treat yourself and ride out there for a meal. Merry Christmas!  Kid-friendliness: My granddaughter had a ball. Everybody was sweet to her.

So I was taken by nite shift guy for 17.00 they close before ten and advertise 24hrs the table n silverware sticky waitress just rather be anywhere elseFood: 3/5

Some locations are very good, this one is not. Ordered a breakfast meal for my family through the app for $32.26. Showed up at the estimated time, 30 minutes after the order. No food prepared, none. Empty bag on the counter. Asked how much longer it would be, showed the server the app estimated time and that it was approaching 45 minutes now. No help, just confusion. at almost an hour, they had 2 items prepared with 6 more to cook. Asked for a refund after my wasted hour, the manager stated he would get my information and refund my $32.36. Now 19 days later, still no refund on my credit card. Filed a complaint with corporate Shari's and my credit card, don't eat at this location.
