A friend of mine had showed me this site because I was looking for property to rent and I was completely amazed as to how many different locations there were along with a wide selection of warehouses to rent! (I was searching in Miami) This is probably the only website I know of that makes it so much easier to find commercial properties available for rent! I recommend this to everyone!

I had a great rental experience with Sharpe Properties. If you are looking for an amazing, over-the-top property, than you are on the right track. Sharpe Properties has a huge arsenal of properties including apartment, office, warehouse, and industrial properties. I couldn't decide which property I wanted because they offered a wide variety of great choices, but I think I made the right choice.

I am not from the area and was needing to speak to a rental company that could help me find what would best suit me and my family. After going through Sharpe Properties, they not only showed me the apartments available, but also was was very helpful in letting me only look at what areas that I would feel what would be a great fit for me.
