I don't know if any of you remember. I posted a few weeks back that Shasta County CFS thought it was OK that my kids live in a home where back to back DOMESTIC VIOLANCE (DV) has happened.

When I reported this to Shasta County CFS they said it would be investigated. I also found out that the physiologist my daughters are seeing also reports this to Shasta County CFS.

I get a call from Donald Epperson a CFS investigator. He tells me he talked to my ex and no kids were there during both DV situations. He also told me he pulled the call logs and police reports from RPD and the logs and report show no child endangerment. Donald also was kindly enough to even refuse to talk to my child's counselor / physiologist on this matter, even though she reported it too. I received a letter from Mr. Epperson saying my kids were not endangered.

Well Mr. Epperson I have some news for you...........

I issued a Subpoena for all these logs, records and reports from RPD.
I also issued a Subpoena for my ex's medical records.
I also sat in on a hearing regarding these 2 DV situations, I heard the responding officers give testimony that describes My kids were present. The Responding officers both said kids could be heard screaming in the background.
The Subpoena for the RPD report also confirms that kids were present.
The medical records show that My Ex's injuries are consistent with the statements and logs of RPD.

Well what do you got to say Mr. Epperson I thought you looked at the police reports, you told me you did, you also wrote me a letter saying you got the reports?
