This is a very bad experience. In May 2018, I was treated by Dr. Shaw’s daughter who underwent two root canal treatments and crown treatments in the name of a dentist, and then she did not notify me to follow up after a period of time like the other professional dentistAt least at this point I think she is a very unprofessional dentist. The root canal treatments for both teeth she gave me failed The toothache is unbearable this year. I had to go to the other professional dentist for root canal treatment again. I have to spend a lot of money. Most importantly, the process of re-doing root canal treatment is very painful. Last week I asked Dr. Shaw’s daughter why the root canal treatment for both teeth failed. Her answer was that I did not follow up and told me that the statute of limitations had expired. I told her that she did not notify me to follow up. She stopped paying attention to me. I have submitted a lawyer to solve this problem.

My kids have been coming to Dr. Shawn  for years! Love the service and staff are very welcoming.
