I called for help with frozen pipes and they came and gave me a free estimate. Then right before he was on his way my water started running again so unfortunately I didn't need them but I would definitely call them back if needed again.
From the beginning call everything went very well except the fact I needed his services my mother-in-law didn't believe anyone was honest so when it came to care a slow drain meant pouring acid down it. well this one cost her, the drain was VERY slow so I called Shaw's & since my drain was running a bit slow I had him do my house as well I live next door to M-I-L he came in ran the snake through my drain & it now works great. he went to mother in laws put the snake in the drain about 3' & it stopped that's when he told me its a collapsed pipe. was had the back yard dug up & get things repaired & he put his camera through the rest of the drain & OMG. I said this through the entire process How did the drain work at all there were cracks throughout with a few breaks & shifted pipe in several locations. we had that done as well real nice process they pulled a new drain through the old pipe. that was the outside I hade more work done inside as well & great job as well. clean up was done very well the holes in back are now settling All in all would I use Shaw again no doubt about it! ! ! Thanks again William & your crews
If it wasn’t for these guys, I would’ve tore my patio out and had to take my pool down to get my Main line replaced, but they had all the necessary equipment to get the job done while leaving everything in place! They saved us a lot of money! Highly Recommend!!!
Michael did a great job replacing valves at water meter. He is friendly. I would call them next time I need a plumber
They came out when they said and took care of my Major Plumbing issues,The young man was very informative and left no mess.
