If I could I would give them 0 stars. The sales manager lied to me telling me the truck will come to my residence and that the sodas were included. This was for my wedding party. The sales manager when we came closer to the date did not call to confirm or anything I tried reaching out he said he first confused me with another customer which put me on high alert and he said he was going to reach out to me the day of and he didnt his phone went to voicemail. He never responded so something I planned like 3 months ago got destroyed and there was no one to respond or help fix their mistake. The cook called and said it was on the way to my suprise a guy came to drop of food in sterofoam containers. I was destroyed at that point I had nothing ro heat the food and in an hour my guests will be arriving!! ... And this is a catering service?? I am so upset and disspointed at this service experience. Until this day the service manager doesnt have the courage to answer for his mistake. The cook doesn't speak fluent english so it was even more upsetting to talk since he was clueless about all the things the sales manager had promised. This put tremendous stress and unnnecesary expenses for me. I would never cater or give my money to this company. I am going to put information together and see if I have a case against them because it is unforgivable what they put me through and to top that for them not to call back or apologize. The cook apologized at 6:22pm through a text 8 min before my party started. The sales manager is the one who needs to apologize and make this right.
