I had a dental emergency today, but couldn't go to my long-time dentist because he's out of his office with the flu.  One of my friends suggested that I contact Dr. Shawn Scott to see if he could help in the interim.
When I called, Dr. Scott's office staff could not have been nicer.  They were very accomodating and worked me in to his already-hectic day.  They even called me when they'd had a cancellation to see if I'd like to go in early.  THAT's "customer service".
Met Dr. Scott for the first time when he came in to the procedure room.  Very engaging and put me immediately at ease.  He then proceeded to fix my tooth, explaining each step as he progressed.  Not only was the procedure totally painless; it took about 1/2 the time I'd expected.  Again, "customer service".
I'll be returning to my regular dentist after his flu has passed.  But I can absolutely recommend Dr. Scott and his staff for any dental work you may have.  And if my regular dentist gets the flu again, I'll be going back to Dr. Scott.  Call him.  You'll be glad you did!
