Shawn has the best customer service skills - and personality, very charming, that I've experienced in a long time and he said thank you! And then on top of that we got lattes with sugar free flavor shots, one raspberry, one with vanilla and they were great. If you're looking for a great cup of coffee in Sycamore, this is a place to try. We didn't have lunch there but this is not just a coffee shop. He had about 25 different sandwiches that sounded great, and a bunch of different coffee, teas and drink options and cookie varieties also. He also does catering. Is there anything he doesn't do? Awesome business Shawn! Looking forward to going back to Sycamore and wish we lived closer!

This place is not as good as it used to be. The sandwiches and wraps we ordered weren't anything to brag about. The soup was tasty though.

Exellant service, as always. Tiffany was very friendly and quick. I ordered the gourmet pizza bagel for the first time... And it was amazing! And the Funkee Monkee  coffee was really really good

Shawn's is a pretty chill place to hangout! Everything there is homemade. The owner is a kind person and gentlemen and first refill of coffee is free!
