Absolutely awful. We took my brother to get a haircut and showed her a picture of what we wanted. We are in the process of training his hair, and she insisted that it had to be parted the other way after we told her that wasn't what we wanted. The entire cut is uneaven and he has a nip from the scissors on his ear. Everything is just terrible. Avoid this place at all costs.
