The staff here are friendly, helpful, and professional. Lisa has gone out of her way to make sure I am happy with my hair, eyebrows, etc. Plus I always have a relaxing time when I visit!

I have been coming here since I was 13 and I can't go anywhere else! I especially recommend having Emily cut your hair. She's my girl!

I've been here a bout 6 times. Really average customer service and felt rushed during a color process (I have a lot of hair). If you are a low-maintenance gal, this might be your salon but my hair type needs more TLC than average. I also didn't get a warm and fuzzy vibe. I would call to make appointments for a brow wax and the owner would say "no appointments, just walk in" but with my busy schedule that turned me off... I'd end up waiting 20 minutes for a 5 minute wax so I gave up.
