SO great! I got my hair dyed and eyebrows waxed and it all turned out amazing!

I've been going to Shear Envy for a while now and decided to purchase two gift certificates for my mother so she could have her hair highlighted. Unfortunately my mother was unable to use the gift and asked me to return it. I had called to request info on how to do the refund and what I would need for it, seeing as the cashiers never gave me a receipt for them. The girl did not know the answer so she offered to have the manager call me back but, after four weeks passed, no calls were returned to me. I went in personally with the certificates and asked for a refund however the girl did not know the answer either and called her manager to ask if it was even possible. I was severely disappointed to learn that there was no refund available, this was never explained before purchasing these certficates, and that the certificates will expire. In other words, this business is ready to take 100 dollars I gave to them with out us receiving a service in return or a refund for a service we will not be using. In my eyes, that's nothing short of underhanded dishonesty and robbery. I'm extremely saddened by this occurrence and hope no one else will have to deal with this problem in the future as no solution has even been offered to correct it.

I have been going to this salon since it opened  and have never had a bad cut or color. I get a color and cut every 5 to 6 weeks. It is a fun and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon.

I LOVE it here! Nicole always listens to me and what I want. I've gone to places in the past and have never felt satisfied with my hair till now. Addicted!

Horrible Service! I asked for a simple haircut and she said to come in at 12:30 i said would you still take me if Im going to be just a few minutes late and she said no! if you are willing to do my hair at 12:30 and Im trying to rush there do you seriously not have just a few minutes to spare to make sure that my hair gets done I know you have appointments but its just a few damn minutes! Never going here!
