I've been dealing with this company for 20 years. Best customer service and wonderful products.

I decided to get a pair of loupes I'd purchased from SheerVision fixed up. I purchased them about 5 years ago, but the frames started going around 2 years ago. So after seeing them at the ADA in Denver I asked them if there was anything they could do, and they offered to set my loupes in new frames for $265. Great deal, right? Except when they were returned, somehow my working distances decreased to a spot roughly 10 inches from my eyes, which as a 6 foot tall person, is not what loupes are designed to do. Called customer service, they said they'd send me a refund number in email so I could send them back. A week goes by without anything in my email so I call them back, and they said the re drill could not be refunded. Great. $265 down the drain. Now I know why when I would tell my dental friends that I got my loupes from SheerVision, no one ever heard of them before.

The worst customer service in my twenty years in practice. The loops broke with in less than three years spoke with nasty supervisor who was unwilling to help. And sent back loops without repairing them. I feel sorry for anybody who has to deal with this company.
