24/7 Drive Thru and you cannot even pay at the window. I had to go inside to pay, which completely defeats the purpose. Cashier by the MTO area kept ringing out people buying cigarettes instead of walking 10 feet over, and only apologized after I mentioned how long I had to wait at the window (almost ten minutes) despite them looking over multiple times. Their response after paying inside was 'oh haha sorry I just haven't had a chance to get over to the window.' Our drinks were grabbed, and then placed by the window. The cashier then proceeds to hand me my bag of food and totally forgot about the drinks until I point it out. All in all there is room for improvement with the staff.

Worst sheetz I have ever seen. Very very slow. It took 25 minutes to make one burrito and there was maybe 3 customers waiting for their food. Also their fried machine was broken and told me they would give me discount since what I order was fried food, they never give me discount or anything except apologize. Drive extra 1 mile or so and go to another sheetz. Terrible service

Went to the new sheetz today, very cheap gas $2.19 (9/27/16), they had a lounge with leather couches and they have a ton of different drink choices. They also have a frozen yougurt machine which I thought was cool.
