We love this place!!! I have a 6 and 2 year old and the hygienists make them feel so comfortable. Everyone is so nice from the time you walk through the door until you walk out. Dr Baxter explains everything to you and answers all questions thoroughly. I will never take them anywhere else!!!

All of the hygienists and assistants are so sweet and professional! Dr. Baxter is wonderful. You can tell everyone there is truly passionate about talking care of little ones. The facility is clean, spacious, and the kids aren't bored in the waiting area. They have iPad for the older kids and toys for the smaller kids. I would recommend Shelby Pediatric Dentistry to anyone I know.

If you visit this dentist office...Your whole family will be looking forward to your next visit!! Stephanie, Shelby, and Dr. McFarland were absolutely amazing! They were all very cheerful, patient, & extremely thorough during our visit.  They go way beyond with personal attention and care! Thank You Shelby Pediatrics Dentistry for making visits fun!!

I brought my 3 week old daughter to see Dr. Baxter to correct a lip and tongue tie. I had been referred to him by St. Vincent's, I called his office at 5PM and received a phone call back within 15 minutes and was very thankful that he was able to accommodate us the next day. Dr. Baxter and I went to dental school together so I already knew him to be a caring person and skilled practitioner and I could not speak more highly of our experience at his office. The process of evaluating my daughter, going through the treatment plan and doing the procedure was very smooth and everyone at the office put me, a new mom, at ease. They had a very nice presentation explaining the procedure, wrapped my daughter up in a warmed swaddle blanket during treatment and had a comfortable and quiet lactation room set up to nurse after the procedure. 

I highly recommend Dr. Baxter and the team at Shelby Pediatric Dentistry!
