Built on a passion for creating works of art and a love for our customers, we’ve been a Tri Cities tradition for more than four decades. We started with a little bit of money, a single refrigerator, and a love for flowers, and all these years later we’ve grown into one of the area's most respected florists, and that’s because we never lost sight of why we got into this business. Our team of talented florists is here to create special bouquets and arrangements for whatever occasion our customers may have, and we’ve got plenty of other gifts on hand, too.

I have used Shelby's floral for business purposed for years. Their attention to detail is exquisite. They are extremely kind and the flowers are always fresh and look fantastic.

So this is the second time I have had an issue with Shelby's floral. First issue was resolved with them replacing the arraignment because they gave me a subpar replacement. Now after placing another order I was given a poor arraignment. I am unsure why I thought to give them a second chance I guess that makes me a fool. I try and support small business but situations like this make it difficult. I see my girlfriend every other weekend because I am an active duty service member who is stationed 4 hours away. So when I go out of my way to try and show her how special she is, Shelby's floral missed the mark. Not only does the flower count not match the displayed product but it looks like I arraigned it. The arrangement lacks proper orientation. I pay a premium for a quality product, this is by far a premium product.. They offered to replace it the following day, but I declined. It shouldn't take me complaining about an arrangement to get the right product after the fact. There should be some sort of quality assurance going on at the florist to ensure mediocre arrangements don't go out.

Thank you for delivering floral arrangement in such a timely manner' It was my first Valentine's Day after my husband passed and I was feeling very lonely and depressed. The arrangement from my son is beautiful and so cheerful. Thank you again. Janice Wilder.

I was running super late and they were going to close in about 5 minutes when I called up, but they still let me order and collect. I appriciated that so much, thank you! Not to mention the flowers were just mesmerizing.
