Another amazing experience at Ben's! Jay is the best mechanic! Always explains everything in detail and goes above and beyond! Very honest and if he says I need it, (or I don't) I know it's the truth. Highly recommend him, and Ben's! Thanks again!

Went in today for a Winter special Oil Change! Jay came out and told me I needed front brakes. What I loved is that he gave me options. I could have it done now if I had time or Jay told me exactly how much was left on the brake pads before damaging the rotors. I had the time so decided to stay and wait. What a pleasure. I had complementary tea with honey, a warm place to wait, tv for viewing and free internet! More importantly I got to spend time with John, Freddy, & Larry who are always entertaining. I worked while I waited, sipped my tea, caught up on the days events and at the end I was offered their Winter special of Brake and Oil change! Nothing like supporting family small business and Ben's Shell Service Station has earned my trust and my business! Thank you Ben's and I will be back with my husbands car too! Happy Holidays!

Ok, I want to warn everyone they are a bunch of thieves I came on Saturday pump $30 dollars with my Amex credit card when I left on my way home I received a text from Amex telling me they charged me $50 dollars. I flipped out call them and the guy who answered the phone was very rude and all he told me was you need to wait until Monday I told him you guys stole $20 dollars from me and I still have to wait until Monday. I will never ever come back here I used to pump gas here every three days $40 dollars they lost me as a customer, but they better give me my $20 dollars by Monday or I’ll call my lawyer. I will suggest everyone to check your credit card statements if you pump gas here.

Cleanest, honest & all around BEST station around. Emissions testing is quick & painless, great waiting area. Car repairs are explained in detail so you never have to question their work or any extras on your bill. Highly recommend. Also not that I need it but for those that do, full service gas attendant is always available.. love this station & great team of employees
