I met Tim the owner when I first moved here 6 years ago.  He runs a first class operation all by himself. He keeps the car wash stalls very clean and he keeps the soap wheel cleaner etc. full.

Love the car wash!  Has both self service and a drive thru car wash. Gas prices are somewhat competitive now too.

I  have  been doing road trips for 17 years. I am here for vacation. This is the worst experience  I have ever had in my life as a customer of an establishment. I don't know who the person working there was but he was rude and was trying to threaten and intimidate me. I had pulled into the car wash. By the way, it was the only car wash I could find in Estes Park Co. I had to put 13 quarters in the machine to start. That is way over priced to begin with. My nephew and I were both outside working on the vehicle. MY main purpose was to get bugs off the front. As my nephew sprayed I had a sponge rubbing the bugs. When the time ran out we needed to rinse the soap off. 
While my 80 year old sister was getting more quarters for my nephew not 30 seconds passed before a man appeared from his truck.  He never identified himself and proceeded to tell me I couldn't wash my vehicle there unless the meter was running.  I tried to tell him we were getting more quarters out and he began to argue with me and tell me I couldn't use the bay unless the meter was running. He would not give us time to put the money in. He was argumentative and began to walk toward me into my space in a threatening way. I tried to tell him I needed to get the soap off but he started telling me to get off the property.  We had already put money in the machine and  I said I needed  to get the soap off. He said he would shut it down.  About that time another person came and said they needed change and he left. I finished the rinse and left. I am 75 years old and the others with me are 72, 71 and 80.  I consider this mans actions to be elderly abuse. I have never been treated so badly as a customer. I will never go there again.

We went thru the auto wash and they pre washed it with something out of a hand held sprayer and our car came out GREAT not one bug was left on it and it was like it just came off the showroom floor .  (We had come 1000 miles so it had a lot  of bugs on it)  It was great !!!

Good variety on products in the store good service from people that run the store and fast service plus quality gas compare with the other station you have in estes park
