This gas ststion charged me for a full carwash.  Wilfredo was the Clerk.  The Carwash was broken and he told me that he doesn't know how to do refunds,  I came today to claim my paid Carwash and the current attendant Kety disnored the request and referred me to call Shell Heafequatters to file a complain because she did know who the store manager or owner were. 
I just lost $9 for the Carwash,  but I want to let everyone know that this is a very poor customer service experience for me.  I have used this store for the last 25 years and this will end my patronage.

New gas pumps. No diesel. Car wash falling apart. Inside store dirty. Courteous female cashier.

99/gal for premium?  Talk about price gouging - I saw the station and stopped for convenience but instead wasted my time.  Mobil down Flamingo a mile was 2.79.  Come on.

I like that place except for one cashier. He was acting like i was bothering him. I only bought a soda and m&m and he just threw everything including my change money in a bag and then just threw the bag at me. I told him "thank you have a good night" and he just say "yeah ok" he is a tall, old, dark skin guy with white hair and a little overweight, i believe he is a latino. This was yesterday night

Bad service. Everything sold here from gas to food/drinks/tobacco is higher priced than every other Shell.
