They seem to always be understaffed here and if you happen to come and need to go in the store during the cashiers break time, you will have to wait until their break is over. I love being able to use my Ralph's rewards fuel points here though, and the store is well kempt.

Competitive pricing for the area.  Very efficient staff.  Loud TV screens at each pump is somewhat annoying like most other stations.

Very friendly staff.  Instead of paying for air in your tires; just ask them and they will let you at no costs.  The less expensive price on Shell has around my area.  Cheaper then the Chevron a block down the street.
