Great place to stop and grab a cup of coffee and or snacks. Very friendly staff and well maintained facility. This is my first choice of gas stations in the area.

Any other day I would of have gave this place 5 stars. But tonight I walked in around 1am and the lady working on Thurs. October 5th was either having a bad night or just rude. When I showed up she was outside smoking or taking out trash, I assume smoking. So she walks up to the door opens it (and silly me) I assumed she was going to hold the door for a customer to walk in..no no no she didn't. She tried to walk in before me, I politely said go ahead, go ahead, you were first. Now, here is the part that made me write this review. I immediately walked right up to the counter to pay for gas. She walked in the back, I thought to come ring me up but she didn't. She grabbed a rag and started wiping off a counter knowing I was at the register, and LOOKED RIGHT AT ME! She still didn't come to ring me up. So I turned back around and walked out and took my money and my business with me. I will not be going back and that's a shame because I really like their cappuccino's and the staff in the morning, they are really nice. Seems like you need to put whoever was working that night back through some training.

Not once has anyone behind the counter smiled or said hello when I've come in or rang out and I've lived in the area for a few years. My coffee spilled a little on the counter once and I was trying to clean it up as fast as I could and the lady did absolutely nothing to help me, she just stared at me and told the customers behind me, "it's gonna be a minute she's cleaning up her mess" with her arms folded over her chest. After I cleaned it up, I asked her for a rag bc spills can still be sticky, she rolled her eyes and went over to the drink fountain, got a rag, came back used her elbow to push me to the side and told me she would take it from there. Last time I ever went there.

Such a clean service and food and snacks station my favorite Shell go out of my way to get gas there because staff very very friendly service but such a amazing clean store Wow!
