I have vacationed in Telluride for many years.  The  San Manuel country store / Shell station is the best spot in Telluride to get snacks and gas.  All the employees are always friendly and helpful.  The General store is always clean and well stocked with great sneaks for the trip back home.

It's the only place in Telluride where I felt they were trying to gouge me. Employee with long blonde hair has poor customer service skills.

good stop for gas and snacks. there was a very friendly truck driver here who warned me about the legendary and elusive expanse known as route 50.  the loneliest road.  now really want to drive it through Nevada and Utah. Just to do jt.
