What a gem this place is. During a very cold week, I walked in to the service dept at 5:00 pm because I had a heat shield that was hanging down and dragging on the road as I drove. They were incredibly busy, but offered to help me anyway. The wait was not long and the cost was very reasonable. Shops like this are not easy to find and I am happy they are in my neighborhood!

Apparently I was at the Full Service pump, yet nobody came outside and I had to pump my own gas. Even though I was provided no assistance, I was still charged an extra 30 cents per gallon. Thanks for nothing Shell, I will be going to Kwik Trip from here on out.

Tom and Steve were great.  Clearly explained the problem and the cost and time to fix it.  Washed my car to boot.  Will be back.

For the auto repair center: Have come here for several oil changes and decided to give them a try at my breaks and rotors. That was about 3 weeks ago and everything runs smooth as a whistle! Always get long oil life also.
