I shall never ever go to this gas station anymore and do not recommend others to do so unless your fuel tank is fully empty. The staff at this location is not friendly at all and even aggressive. I had a flat tire and stopped by (unfortunately) at this location (1050 Eldridge Rd, Sugar Land, TX 77478) yesterday Oct 31 around 8:00 PM. The Gas Station has air compressor and it costs $1.50. It is perfectly OK but I did not have cash and ask the guy behind the counter to help me somehow. I did have credit and debit cards and was able to pay for the air compressor, I did not want free service.  However Ali/Aly (this is the name of the "very friendly" guy) told me in a very excited and even hostile manner that he can't help me. I asked for the telephone of the manager and he provided it to me with the words that I can call whoever I want. He does not care at all.
I think that it is unacceptable. Something has to be done to this guy and explain to him that SHELL, I am sure, has much higher standards for customers and he had just violated those high standards. Everybody may have a flat tire and I am sure people should help each other in this situation. Ali/Aly looks like does not understand this simple fact. OK, well, I think his manager and SHELL (very good company) have to explain this to him. I am sure it will happen.

The Google maps price is $1.97 for regular, BS, I drove the xtra distance for nothing..

Be sure to watch the guy behind the counter very carefully; I cannot tell if one of the guys is just dim or is actually trying to rip customers off.
