I didn't catch her name but the woman working the shift on 5/05/2018 at 10:43 P.M needs to be FIRED EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. Never in my 25 years of life have I encountered such a disgusting human being with ZERO mannerisms. I went in to buy a vapor pen because i decided to quit smoking, she had no clue as to what i was talking about even after telling her multiple times where it is and pointing to it. After she gets it she turns around and tells me in spanish “con buena forma” meaning “in good form” she thought i was giving her attitude but i was simply gettint frustrated because she had no knowledge of the product i was trying to buy all she wanted to do was close shop. I told her ill speak to her in whatever manner i want since she is slinging attitude why not sling it back, right? Perfectly sensible. She put me through so much trouble that i had to dial 911 because i was getting to my boiling point. I was TIRED, HUNGRY, and just wanted to buy my pen and go HOME but this disgusting prude just made everything worse. Whoever is the owner is of this establishment needs to fire her disrespectful a$$ immediately. She doesnt know customer service nor will she ever with those character issues. At the end of the day i didnt give in to her BS i went to a competing gas station and bought my pen there with ease and staff that love their job and want to actually be there. If the owner sees this review and shes still employed he doesnt care either. 100% honest review.

It is not as great as other gas stations I have been in before. I had to use the bathroom once and it was beyond disgusting that I could barely use it. It looked like the owner did not pay anyone to do maintenance or do it himself. Same goes for the whole place. And as expected, the items are a little over priced. But the attendant was kind. That is the only reason I am not rating it one star.

Most horrible Shell gas station I have ever been at. the lady said that I had to wait 10 minutes so that she can close out which was fine I ended up waiting over 45 minutes before someone decided to come and help me. it is ridiculous that I only wanted to buy one thing which was $5 and she couldn't take 2 seconds out of what she was doing to just help out a customer.her service has been the worst worst worst I have ever experienced. Worst Shell gas station ever.
