Shell gas is always top-notch, I feel only second to Chevron, however this gas station is the worst! The pumps are always not maintained with proper paper for receipts, I frequently have to run in and often the attendance don't answer the call buttons when you ask for help to reset the pump or get a copy of the receipt for car wash. I was just complaining to the gas station attendant this afternoon at 5 p.m., why pump for is frequently out of paper is it that it's such a far distance out from the cashier stand? It always seems like pumps three and four or out of paper and you can't get a print out for your car wash!? I was told .. "it's being worked on". If you can make it into Soma to the Chevron station, I recommend just getting gas there they have a great eight and $10 Car Wash and it's easier and faster anyhow, with better customer service.

I got gas from this station yesterday and used my debit card to pay at the pump. Just got a call from my bank saying that someone is making charges on my account. I have no doubt that my card was skimmed there.

I stopped to get gas here and was told I want allowed to get gas and needed to leave after helping jump start some car that was dead in the parking lot. No good deed goes unpunished.

Shell gas station is always top notch in my opinion, they have very high standards, treat customers with respect & the bathrooms are always clean.
