I started the pumping and got back in the drivers seat of my car.  A few minutes later checked back and it had only pumped 3 gallons!  I assumed that Nitro (93 grade premium) had reasons of pumping slow.  So, I waiting almost 10 minutes!  It had only gotten up to 9 gallons.  BTW - my tank was nearly empty when I pulled up.  I walked into the store, came out, and gas was STILL pumping and spilling down the parking lot.  I stopped the pump at 14 gallons and $46!  I took my receipt to the guy at the counter, whom I assume is the store manager, and once I understood his very broken English, he kept trying to tell me that I could be reimbursed but I paid with a card.  Then he went ahead to tell me that "no gas was spilled", then told me to come back tomorrow, then he said that "if it did spill over that it probably wasn't that much".  
I simply asked that I be refunded $5-8 for his stores pump sensor malfunctioning and wasting me money.  His poor customer service and attempted manipulation rubbed me the wrong way.   As I was getting in my car, the guy behind me came out shouting.  He and the manager had another altercation just that fast.  Apparently, the manager was being rude.  Don't go here.  30 minutes to get some gas and overpay.

The pump was extremely slow. I wasn’t in a huge rush so I decided to wait in my car. The pump never clicked off and spilled about a gallon of gas. I went inside to complain and Sunny, the attendant, started yelling at me because I asked for some money back. He blamed the slow pump and malfunction on the 40° weather. The pump on the other side worked perfectly. Ridiculous. Terrible equipment at the gas station, terrible customer service.

I just drove up, inserted a plastic card, and was on my way in minutes. Amazing time. You guys are really dedicated to doing exactly what every other gas station does, which is GENIUS!!

I think Shell gas is higher quality and helps engine life.  Worth a little bit of a price difference and this place is convenient.
