Premium fuel prices with sub-par service.  They'll charge $.50 more a gallon than the same brand in RT 1, but have the "pay at the pump" capability turned off.   Sorry I don't want to go into the store and wait in line to pay for overpriced fuel, please fix this and join the rest of us in 21st century America.

These guys are awesome! I had just bought a new/used car and took it in for an MD inspection and it failed. They took the time to show me what needed to be fixed and explained that these were issues that should have been fixed by the dealership. When I took it to the dealership, they said that I was responsible for causing these issues with the car - I had it for 2 days at this point. The dealership called the Shell station where Kelly fought for me and explained why they failed it. In the end, the dealership fixed everything because the Shell station knew what they were talking about and wasn't willing to let the dealership pull one over on me. I have already referred several friends to this Shell.

I went in asking for cash back to make change for the air pump, and she told me to pull around to the service area to fill my tires in exchange for word of mouth; good deal as far as I'm concerned

I first chose this shop because it was nearest my house and I had an automotive emergency to handle.  They did a great job, fixing my problem quickly, and the manager was one of the nicest and most honest people I ever dealt with.  They actually cared to get to know me personally, which was surprising and pleasant.  It became my shop of choice for every service need after that.

Then the manager moved to another shop and I moved about 10 miles further away.  Incredibly, the new manager is just as great, has done an excellent job with the shop and the mechanics continue to do a wonderful job with my car, so I still find it worthwhile to make the longer drive here, where I know the staff is trustworthy and great at their jobs.

Super high recommend this place for speed of service, honesty, friendliness, and overall satisfaction!

It's nice. The restrooms are clean,very and always smell clean. The associates are nice as well. Gas prices are average.
