I would say that if you need your vehicle service & fix that they are great of getting it done.

If I had the ability to give them 0 stars I would. I enjoyed the service station when Brian was working there. On Saturday July 16, 2016 my husband and I took my car to get the front and rear brakes and rotors replaced. When we picked the car up and drove it home, which is conveniently 1.5 miles away, my car starts making this loud thudding noise (only when the brakes are pressed).
I took the car back on Monday, because they were closed on Sunday, and no one was able to find/fix the issue.  Now here it is, Wednesday July 20, 2016, I am not able to drive my car, get to/from work, and I have a road trip coming this Friday and I would probably have to use a rental. 
I am beyond disappointed in the service that was provided. I am not saying they didn't try to fix the problem. I am saying they did not try hard enough. I feel as if they told me things just to get me out of their face, but little do they know I am not finished.

NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!

I left my car in the shop yesterday to get it fixed and the manager told me he was going to give me a call this morning at 9 am and now it's 1:34 and I haven't got a call yet. I called the shop to find out what is going on and the first time I called the manager hung up on me and the this is the second time i called and I was asked to hold and now I've been on hold for 20 mins and there is no answer. Very bad customer service.

The repair shop part of the gas station does excellent, fairly priced work. I had major work done on my Escalade a couple of years ago. I brought my own parts and they had no problem installing them. The labor charge was fair. They also saved a friend of mine over $2000 from quotes he got from other repair shops. I highly recommend this Shell station for mechanical work.
