My wife went into the shell station to pay for her fuel. When her card froze the pay station the cashier...Bob...who we have now figured out to be the owner...screamed at my wife to get to the back of the line and accused her of not having enough money in her account to pay for what she was purchasing. We are an affluent couple with executive level jobs and that was the most ridiculous display of "customer service" I've ever seen in my life. I will make it a priority to tell every person I come in contact with to avoid Shell like the bubonic plague. My wife was embarrassed by a buffoon. I am absolutely dumbfounded by the lack of understanding by a person you allowed to purchase one of your gas stations. What exactly are you doing to screen imbeciles? This person was imbalanced. I am disgusted by your negligence.

Traffic Flow is not regulated. Car left at station unattended. (Hazard). No management. 

This should be fixed or closed ASAP. Before someone gets hurt by random traffic. Or gas spill
