A couple months ago, it was late at night. I got carded for tobacco and handed the clerk my valid U.S passport, which is obviously a federally accepted photo ID. The lady was on her phone the entire time and refused to sell me tobacco. I asked her to call her boss or someone compitent.. She said she was the manager!? Pathetic if you ask me.... Sad thing is that nothing will be done about it. She said her name was Carolina, and told me to have fun complaining because "Nobody cares". Needless to say, I cussed her out and took my business across the street to Walgreens.
