You are taking a gamble when you go here for services. Sooner or later you will encounter a problem (need a receipt, broken wash/pump/air, refund, etc) and try to get help from staff who are incompetent​ and very rude. They won't help you and you'll either waste time or money or both. For those who unfortunately ran into problems here please report it to shell corporate website. They keep a log of complaints. Hopefully this place will shutdown and be replaced by a better vendor.

only gas station around with a carwash. I'm a shell rewards card holder so it's nice to have a Shell station around and to get the standard 3 cent/gallon discount
