Horrible.... I walked in and the cashier was wonderful. The mechanic was horrible his attitude sucks. He was very disrespectful and nasty. So I didn't let them do any work on my truck.

My tire was really low and went there to get air and some help.They refused to help me and sent me away. Stay away from this place! Their gas is constantly .25 more a gallon than other shell stations that are just down the road. They are trying to get every penny they can and if you try to get help for something that isn't going to fill their pockets with money then they will refuse you. They are crooks.

I used to work there in the 80's and had my car towed for repairs elsewhere as I had a warranty from NTB. There's something to be said about a business that has employees still there through 4 and 5 decades... Not many Full Service gas stations and repair shops left... Quality people... I've read all of these reviews and as having been a mechanic for 18 years (a really good one :) btw). I can tell you all that are reading these negative posts are the people that bring their car in for an oil change and come back a week later saying their car pulls right (or left) and the brakes squeak.... "Ever since you did my...." Ugh.... If you are gonna complain at least have some basis for the complaint.... the city/state has your car towed because you got a ticket or something and the rates are "outrageous".... It's all regulated... good lord don't get pulled over and then blame the tow service cuz you got a major moving violation... so annoying when you people blame everyone else for your issues... If you don't have anything good to say, say nothing at all. And as a small business owner it's nice to have people post something positive every niw and then... other than all this negative bs.... IF you have the time to post something NEGATIVE, you sure as heck have time to post something POSITIVE! After all, there's nothing wrong... so post something positive!
