Service staff has been here for decades under constant ownership and knows what they are doing.  Trustworthy folks.  Gas prices are very high (+50c per gallon) over other area stations, so just stick with them for car care.

Don't go there! I took my rims to get tires on them and the guy didn't know how to install the tires and ended up scratching my rims, they were trying to hide the damaged but when I caught it they started telling me I was dilousional and the damaged was already there. I'm not an idiot I know what I took to them, when I brought it up to te owner and showed him pictures of the rims with no damaged and the owner called me a liar! Even though the workers face told the entire story.. he messed up and didn't want to own up. I have the pictures and proof and will take them to civil court not because I care about the money but you called me a liar... the owner doesn't care about his customers and the worker who did the mistake doesn't want to own up to it!

Shaun is a very honest mechanic, and he has great employees. I'm telling you, I've compared their prices and this place prices honest. Merchant Tire at Auto at Rolling/Old Keene Mill was going to charge me $500 for a job and do it the wrong way. Shaun did it right, and charged me $175.

This place is the best. Mechanics like this are very, very rare. Awesome.

Excellent service! I have been coming here for years. A friend referred me to this place. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They don't try to rip you off by making up problems just to sell you things. They find the problem immediately and fix it very quickly. Their prices are very competitive. I live in Fairfax but I take my car here because they give me a better quote than any other mechanics near my house and because they are trustworthy too. I tried going to a mechanic closer to my house and got a quote that is nearly $200 more than Franconia Shell gave me. I will continue to go to this place for services and repairs.
