Extremely poorly managed - what a joke.  The clerk was obviously not trained correctly and didn't know how to ring up a simple gift card purchase - she ended up charging me twice for a $25 gift card.  Now I'm trying to call the store and talk to a manager, who apparently isn't there, but will be back in "20 minutes".  That was 4 hours ago.  The person answering the phone (when he bothers to pick it up), is a complete idiot.  Says his name is Tim . . .

Worst customer service ive ever recieved. The guy at the back kept saying i owed him 7 cents for a plastic bag. Wtf. Then he stared me down the whole time i was pumping gas. What a crook. Ohh well.

Worst Shell Gas Station Ever! Bunch of crooks ripping people off by trying to trick them with fake gas prices. In very fine print they put with car wash price which forces people to buy an $8-$12 car wash that expires within a week.  Needs 0 stars!
