I had my nails done for the first time in 6 or 7 years do to the work I do. I got nails done and I am not happy. I wanted them to look natural I don't like color on my nails. Anyway I got home n was looking and I could tell my real nails from the ones she put on. The acrylic was not even I had lumps all over my nails. That's on top of having to fix one nails six times in one week cause it kept coming off. I will not be going back it I have I will drive to the east side and get my nails done. They was very nice though I give them that.

While this place is fine, they leave much to be desired. The prices are about average for the area. The shop is clean, but a tad bit drab, and always has some throwback PBS style show playing. While the technicians do a good job grooming nails, the actual painting often looks slightly amateur or rushed.

At first I was very pleased with the service I received until 2 days later when my gel manicure started to chip. Not only were my french tips chipping, but the top coat was coming off. I went back to the salon to have them fix it and the woman insisted that a top coat chipping off "just part of a french" I personally have never had this happen before. She wouldn't re-do my nails and just put another top coat over the one that was chipping. I'm a very easy going person, but I would not recommend this place.

I called in last minute and Annie took me even though they were near closing. I was greeted cheerfuly and she made my hands beautiful after our multiple yard sales. So glad I found this gem so close to home! Definitely my new place

Annie is amazing. I was visiting Knoxville and and popped in bere heading back home to Toronto for my engagement photos. She made my nails look perfect. She took her time, manicured and shaped my nails like no one ever has before. If I could, I would fly down to Knoxville to have Annie do them every month. Her salon is such a relaxing atmosphere, she had a great movie playing which made it that much better - she is such a thoughtful and talented lady. Thank you Annie!
