I've been working with Gary & his team for a few yrs now, & they're definitely my first choice in plumbers! It's the intrinsic values that set them apart, integrity, pride, honesty, consideration & the desire to build long-term professional relationships. 

I've met more than a few plumbing snakes, who were willing to burn customers for a quick buck, but  thankfully Gary saved me from them. Shellback approaches jobs by putting the customer's needs first, which is refreshing. I appreciate honest facts, potential options, compassionate guidance towards a resolution, with the work completed efficiently, & professionally, plus honoring it with a guarantee. I'd expect no less from a true professional & a Vet. Thanks guys!

Unbelievably excellent service. We needed an emergency repair to our broken pilot light on our water heater. After calling about a dozen places that claimed to have 24 hour emergency service and not being able to schedule a repair until the following afternoon, I found Shellback Plumbing on Yelp & saw they had excellent reviews. As a last resort, we called thinking we’d get the same answer of no one available for a repair. We were so surprised at Shellbacks response - they were able to send someone to our house the same day. And we called at about 5:30pm!  Daniel came out to repair our pilot light & everything was fixed within a couple hours of our desperate call. We can’t thank you enough for your excellent service!!  The repair cost was much lower than we expected also. We will recommend your company to everyone. Thank you again for your help & thank you Daniel for coming out in the late afternoon. Excellent excellent caring service!

I am very satisfied with the work done by Shellback Plumbing. Alex H. was a very knowledgeable and thorough guy who was able to identify not only the real source of our kitchen sink problem, but also other potential issues that needed to be addressed.
Our kitchen sink cabinet (under sink) had become totally covered with rust powder, but it was not obvious where the humidity that causes it was coming from. Alex H. found a tiny hole in the garbage dispenser that I had not even seen. He had to replace the unit, as well as a couple of water valves under th sink that were in bad shape. 
All in all a great experience. Alex H. got the job done quickly and efficiently. 
Highly recommend.

Saved the day! My hero! Great service & pricing. Fast. And most of all, trustworthy.  Like anyone else, I'm always afraid of getting price gouged or trying to be sold on services I don't need. They did none of that. My downstairs bathroom was pushing out water when my upstairs shower was running.  I called Shellback and Gary immediately responded to my voicemail (like within 10-15 min), scheduled me that morning and provided a price quote that he absolutely stuck to.  Chad, the plumber that arrived, quickly assessed the issue and snaked my drains within roughly an hour's timeframe getting my house up and running again!  He was so polite and friendly. I told him he was my hero!  Even my neighbor asked for his card.  Thank you so much for the great service and honesty.

Alex was friendly and professional. Explained what the issues were and why they were happening. Called them late in the afternoon and they arrieved promptly. I will definitely be requesting their services once again, when the time comes.
