Mechanics are good.  Person who answers the phone (probably the store owner) sucks! I was going for the cheap oil changes. But now I'm done giving them my business. This guy is extremely rude over the phone and in person.

Called this shop looking for an update on a vehicle that was being serviced there, immediately the answer came off as rude and snobby.. "Well, the cars got 209k on it and I guess we could have put it back together with coat hangers or weld it up, your choice". Lol.  I know the car has high miles!  Any question asked, I felt as if it must be a burden to answer!  I wasn't making accusations and was totally willing to pay whatever the bill was, which it was paid for.  All I wanted to know was what happened to the car and what it needed for repair!  Not an attitude problem!  I've got a lot of friends in flint and it's not surprising to me I've never heard of this repair shop thanks to the horrible customer service.
