They give the old-fashioned service I have been used to all of my life! The time and care they take with me is so worth the 15-20 minute wait. I know some people said they have to wait an hour, but I make my appointments the first or last of the day, in addition to right after lunch. (They have to eat too!) The staff is always so helpful and patient with me, especially when I am confused about my medications or my health. They were wonderful with me when I had to go on insulin and felt defeated. Dr. Masternick is the old-fashioned doctor I have always needed. I transferred to their office when I felt disregarded at another facility and have never looked back. He is up on the latest health information and even showed me how to look up things on youtube when I couldn't understand how to do a certain exercise. He is kind and helpful, but frank if you are not helping yourself to get better and just what I needed. Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart!

I would give Dr Shishu five stars she is thorough and gives you the time you need. You have to wait, but she is worth the wait however the front desk is impossible to get through. I have called four times to make a payment and have been placed on endless holds. They are inattentive disorganized and rude. They need to get retrained or get fired. They even talk about other patients in front of you. Horrible customer service.

I'm giving 2 only because of the nurses and the front desk. Imagine I should rate the doctors but I can't not how much stress they give us when I call about prescription, questions, or even asking for help. Rude rude girls. From the front to the back. I'm sick taking blood thinners, need to speak with the doctor, leave a message. nurse calls back after 1 week, rude as hell and doesn't help you at the end. I have to drive to their office to get staff done and have the doctor talk to me face to face because over the phone they do not listen to you, transfer to someone that can or find a solution on helping the sick customer. They have no manners. So unprofessional.

Dr. Shishu is the most caring, professional, and trustworthy doctor I've ever met. She spends more than enough time with each of her patients to truly find out what's going on and how you will work together as a team to address the issue. I wouldn't recommend another Doctor to anyone looking for help with any issue!
