I had an amazing experience with Shepherd auto sales! Jamie was the one who walked me through the lot and explained all of the vehicles to me. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had! John, the owner, was also a pleasure to work with, although I didn’t have much interaction with him. Will definitely be buying other cars here in the future.

The owner (John) was extremely nice, made the experience pleasant, fast and ended up getting a good deal on a very dependable vehicle. I would buy another vehicle from Shepherd Auto.

Would be very careful here. Have been monitoring a specific car at this dealership for a couple months now. I live approximately 1 1/2 hours away and requested to see the carfax by email a couple times via their contact the dealer via Cargurus ad for the car and by direct phone call to the dealer. No response to the email and both times by phone I was told by the individual I spoke with they didn't have time to do it right then. Second time I tried that they told me they don't buy cars with bad carfaxes and to call back at 4:30 pm which I did. (Approximately 6 hours after the initial call to them) When I called back he took my email address, said he'd send it and never did.  Here's a news flash....I don't buy cars with bad carfaxes either which is why I want to see it. This is the only dealer I have dealt with (and I've dealt with many over the past two years) that either doesn't display the carfax on their site or won't send it to me for review before traveling to see the car. I've bought two used cars since February 2016 and am now looking for a 3rd for my daughter. They obviously are covering something up or are hiding something because if the carfax was good I'd take the drive over, see the car and buy it if it looked and ran as well as it looks in the pictures just like I told the guy (John) on the phone. I personally own the exact same car (make, model, year and trim) and am very familiar with them which is why I want another for my daughter. My experience with this particular year and model of car is that if they're in good condition they don't last long at dealers if they're priced fairly.  Took me quite awhile to get mine because every time I saw one online it was sold by the time I could get there to look at it. This experience up to this point certainly has given me the confirmation that this dealer is the exact type of dealer that gives used car dealers the bad reputation.

Down to earth ppl that don't bs around, but down payments are pretty high good hearted ppl though!
